Writer lists many reasons to love Dad

It will come as no surprise to my dad that this column is running after Father's Day. After all, his card is never on time and this year is no exception. It's not a dad thing; it's just me. I am never on time with things like that.

One reporter remembers another on Memorial Day

On my office desk is a row of books, most either journalism texts or reference books. But two are collections of writings by a man who, while not exactly a fighting member of the military, though technically a Navy enlisted man, deserves to be remembered on Memorial Day.

A vote for the roundabout I'm getting a little tired of some people complaining about the roundabout. I, for one, think the one at Glenwood Drive and Route 91 is great. All you have to do is go 15 mph and merge accordingly.
